docs: update setup guides and API docs for folder browser and system credentials
Updated DropboxSetup.md, OneDriveSetup.md, and GoogleDriveSetup.md to document the new system credentials toggle and folder browser features. Added API documentation for POST /api/dropbox/list-folders and POST /api/onedrive/list-folders endpoints. Co-authored-by: christianlouis <361235+christianlouis@users.noreply.github.com>
