test: achieve 100% coverage for app/api/process.py
- Add comprehensive tests for all process endpoints - Test success paths for all upload destination endpoints - Add throttling tests for processall endpoint - Test boundary conditions and edge cases - Coverage increased from 58.02% to 100% Co-authored-by: christianlouis <361235+christianlouis@users.noreply.github.com>
