Fix OneDrive and S3 upload signature - add file_id parameter
...
- Updated upload_to_onedrive to accept file_id parameter with bind=True
- Updated upload_to_s3 to accept file_id parameter with bind=True
- Added proper logging with task_id and file_id tracking
- Added comprehensive unit tests for both functions
- All tests passing (8/8)
Fixes #99 and #100

Fix file_id propagation through task chain

- Pass file_id as parameter through all task chains
- Update process_document, extract_metadata_with_gpt, embed_metadata_into_pdf, finalize_document_storage, send_to_all_destinations, rotate_pdf_pages, and process_with_azure_document_intelligence
- Remove unreliable LIKE queries, use explicit file_id passing instead

- Rename upload_to_s3.py to process_document.py to better reflect its purpose
- Update all import statements across the codebase to use new module name
- Remove S3-specific code and references
- Keep the core document processing logic intact
- Update docstrings and comments to reflect new functionality
This change is part of removing AWS S3 dependencies and simplifying the
document processing pipeline.

Refactor IMAP Tasks: Filter Allowed Attachment Types & Improve Code Quality
- Filter attachments to process only office files, PDFs, plain text, CSV, and RTF,
explicitly skipping common image MIME types.
- Use an explicit elif for clarity in attachment processing logic.
- Remove dead code by not reassigning the result of fetch_attachments_and_enqueue.
- Reformat log messages, docstrings, and break long lines to comply with PEP 8.
- Add clarifying comments for excluded image MIME types.
