All notable changes to Quizzical Beats will be documented in this file.

### Upgrade Notes
#### From 1.8.x to 1.9.0
**BREAKING CHANGES**:
- SECRET_KEY environment variable is now **required** (no default)
- AUTOMATION_TOKEN environment variable is now **required** (no default)
**Required Actions**:
1. Generate a secure SECRET_KEY:
```bash
python -c 'import secrets; print(secrets.token_hex(32))'
```
2. Generate a secure AUTOMATION_TOKEN:
```bash
python -c 'import secrets; print(secrets.token_urlsafe(32))'
```
3. Add both to your `.env` file:
```env
SECRET_KEY=<your-generated-secret-key>
AUTOMATION_TOKEN=<your-generated-automation-token>
```
4. Update requirements:
```bash
pip install -r requirements.txt --upgrade
```
